Adam Martin Skilton
Adam Martin Skilton (1973), our director, is a writer and a journalist specialised in health and nutrition. He has worked as a presenter for television (TV3, Antena 3, BTV, 8TV) and radio (Catalunya Ràdio, Rac1, ComRàdio, Ser) and written for several national newspapers and magazines (ARA, Cocina Vegetariana).
He became interested in natural nutrition, food and health and conscious consuming in 2003 and ever since he has studied, researched and interviewed renowned specialist on this subject. He also is the co-founder and was the co-director of the online health website www.etselquemenges.cat.
Author of four books, the two last ones about nutrition, food and cooking: ‘Cuina saludable’ and ‘Menjar per ser millors’, a thorough introduction book to healthy eating habits. He is a very competent swimmer, practises Zen meditation and Chi Kung on a regular basis and is an Aikido student.
He’d like to leave a better world for his daughters and better daughters for the world.
Laia Prats (1978) is a journalist, producer, community manager specialist and a freelance photographer and designer. She has worked for COM Ràdio, RAC1 and also the Ripollet City Council. She has a website www.laiapratsfotografia.com.
Laia is a hard worker and has an unbeatable level of energy, from where we all drink when we start to get tired.

Lídia Carbonell is a professional photographer, winner of two Lux prizes in 2002. After working for 12 years in advertising (Saatchi & Saatchi UK, Tandem DDB and Delvico Bates) she took on her own studio. She teaches photography at IEFC, UAB and UPC and has worked for the Museu Picasso and the Barcelona town hall documenting the city’s transformation.
Amongst others, she has published in La Vanguardia, the Fundació Caixa Catalunya and Guia de la Creativitat de Diseño y Comunicación. She has also published a photography book about the pollution in the mediterranian sea.
Isabel Sanjust (1976) is a journalist who has worked as a scriptwriter, documentalist and video editor for TVE, TFJ (Télévision Française Juve) and other TV channels.
She has also done jobs for the ICUB (Institut de Cultura de Barcelona) and www.culturcat.cat. She has recently become aware of the impact of our eating and shopping habits on the environment.
